Account Deletion Request
Submit a request to delete your Satyak account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play Store Safety guidelines and data privacy rights.
What happens when you delete your account?
Data Permanently Removed:
- Your user account profile and login credentials.
- Enrolled course progress, syllabus records, and video watch history.
- Test series attempts, scorecards, and performance dashboard metrics.
- Saved doubt tickets, notes, and profile uploads.
Statutory Data Retained:
- Financial purchase transactions and GST tax invoices required by law.
- Audit logs retained strictly for accounting and regulatory compliance.
In-App Deletion Alternative: If you currently have the Satyak Android App installed, you can also delete your account instantly by navigating to:
Profile Tab → Settings Icon → Delete Account
